By accessing and utilizing WDPC's services, you are required to agree to and comply with the terms outlined in this document. Your agreement signifies your commitment to adhering to our guidelines and rules.

  Dog Walks, Drop-ins, & Hikes

Health & Vaccinations:

For the safety and well-being of all pets participating in Wildly Devoted Pet Care, ensure your pet is vaccinated and spayed/neutered. Provide proof of vaccinations and health records by emailing them to wildlydevotedpetcare@gmail.com . Disclose any existing medical conditions or special needs. Your submission acknowledges and agrees to these requirements, prioritizing the well-being of all pack members. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Travel Fee: 

A $0.50 per mile fee applies to all services, except the first meet & greet Visit. The total cost for each visit includes the service rate plus the applicable travel fee for trips to the client's location.

Privacy Policy:

As the owner of Wildly Devoted Pet Care, I value the privacy and confidentiality of my clients and their pet(s). Your personal information and images or videos of your pet(s) will be handled with care. I will only share them on my website with your explicit consent, ensuring their safety and privacy.

 

Late Payment Policy and Due Date:

To ensure the smooth operation of Wildly Devoted Pet Care, adhere to the following Late Payment Policy and Due Date:

 

1. Payment Due Date: Pay by the agreed-upon payday as confirmed in person and in writing.

2. Timely Payments: Prompt payment is essential to prioritize clients who fulfill obligations promptly.

3. Late Fee: A $25 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the agreed-upon payday. For each subsequent day without payment, an additional late fee will be added until the account is current.

4. Service Suspension: Unsettled accounts will result in service suspension and/or termination of contract. 

 

At-Will Contract Termination Policy:

This policy outlines contract termination for clients of Wildly Devoted Pet Care, allowing the company to end contracts at any time.

Termination Rights:
Wildly Devoted Pet Care reserves the right to terminate contracts with clients at its discretion, with notice.

 

Client Responsibilities:
Clients must settle outstanding payments for services provided until termination, which includes any reimbursements owed.

 

Cancellation Policy:

I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows adjustment of the schedule to accommodate other clients in need of pet care. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service fee for the specific day(s) canceled.

Holiday Fee Policy:

Please note that the following holiday rate applies specifically to dog walks & drop-ins.

Memorial Day (May 26, 2025)
Independence Day (July 4, 2025) 
Labor Day (Sept 1, 2025) 
Thanksgiving Day (November 27, 2025)

Christmas Eve + Day (December 24- 25, 2025)  

New Year's Eve + Day (December 31 - January 1st, 2025)

Wildly Devoted Pet Care (WDPC): House Sitting Policy

  • Veterinary Hospital Contact Sheet

Please provide the following:

Name of location, address, phone number and doctors name.
 

  • Health & Vaccinations:

For the safety and well-being of all pets participating in Wildly Devoted Pet Care, it is essential that your pet is vaccinated and spayed/neutered. Please ensure that your pet's vaccinations are up to date and provide any relevant health records. Additionally, disclose any existing medical conditions or special needs your pet may have by emailing the proof of vaccinations and health records to wildlydevotedpetcare@gmail.com . By doing so, you acknowledge and agree to the requirements, prioritizing the well-being of all pack members.   • Payment and Late Payment Policy:

To ensure a smooth and secure arrangement for your Housesitting service, please carefully review and acknowledge the following terms:
 

1. Reservation Hold and Payment Schedule: 

  • A 50% deposit is required upfront if you wish to hold dates before confirming.

  • This deposit is necessary during a two-week hold period, allowing for date adjustments. The deposit will be subtracted from the total charge.

2. Late Payment Policy:

  • Payment Due Date: On receiving the invoice, the client may pay for the full service upfront or the first half payment deposit is due 3 days before service.

  • Second-half payment is due on the day of return. There are no grace periods.

  • A non-refundable late fee charge will be added if you exceed your due dates for payment

3. Prioritizing Timely Payments:

  • Timely Payments are crucial for effective scheduling and fairness to all clients. Clients who promptly fulfill their payment obligations will receive priority in securing their reservations.


4. Late Fee:

  • A late fee of $100 will be added to the outstanding balance in the event of late payment.

  • This fee covers additional administrative work and potential loss of other clients due to the delay.

  • Please note that late fees are non-refundable.


5. Service Suspension:

  • Failure to settle the payment, including late fees, will result in the suspension of all services.

  • This measure ensures fairness to clients who consistently meet their payment obligations and allows for efficient business management.

6. Late Arrival and Extended Stay Policy:

 

  •  Extended Days:

For extended care lasting between 2 to 8 additional hours, clients will incur an additional charge equal to 50% of a single nightly rate. This charge fairly compensates for the heightened attention and time invested in caring for the property and pets during extended periods.

 

  •  Late Arrivals:

If a client's arrival for house sitting is delayed, resulting in extended care exceeding 8 additional hours, an additional charge equal to 100% of a single nightly rate will apply. This ensures fair compensation for the extended attention and time dedicated to caring for the property and pets during the prolonged period of care.

7. Cancellation Charges:

  • Cancellations made more than two weeks before the service: No charges, and your 50% deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made between two weeks and one week before the service: 25% fee from the total cost will be taken, and the remaining will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than one week before the service: The 50% deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.

8. Holiday Fee Policy:

  • Holiday Rate Calculation:  

A holiday fee of +$10 will be added to the regular daily rate of $90. This makes the holiday rate $100 per day. An additional charge of +$30 per additional pet, per day applies.
